Kash Patel PANICS After Jasmine Crockett EXPOSES Her In Explosive Hearing

The “Least Qualified” Director and the Statistics of Silence

The latest hearing in room 216 was a masterclass in direct confrontation, but Jasmine Crockett’s dismantling of the FBI’s current leadership didn’t just target the man; it targeted the numbers. When Crockett called out the director for being the “least qualified” in history, she was pointing to a resume that skips every standard vetting process used for the 35,000 agents he supposedly leads. While Chairman Jim Jordan read off a list of high-level political appointments to bolster the director’s image, the actual crime data for 2025 and 2026 tells a far more complicated story than a “mission accomplished” victory lap.

The hypocrisy of claiming the “lowest murder rate in recorded history” is staggering when you look at the reality of how these figures are curated. While the director took credit for a drop in lethality, the FBI’s own Crime Data Explorer reveals that the descent in violent crime is often a result of lagging data updates—with monthly updates not expected to resume until May 2026—and a refusal to acknowledge the localized surges in domestic extremism that Crockett and her colleagues are forced to live through.

The Reality of the Numbers

The “victory lap” mentioned in the hearing is built on a foundation of specific surges that don’t address the broader systemic failures. While the director boasted about catching child predators and taking drugs off the street, the data shows these are often “coordinated surges” designed for press releases rather than sustained protection.

Violent Political Rhetoric: In 2025, the U.S. Capitol Police’s Threat Assessment Section reviewed 14,938 cases involving alarming statements or direct threats against members of Congress and their families. This is a massive jump from 9,474 cases in 2024 and nearly double the numbers seen in 2022 (7,501).

Child Exploitation Surges: The FBI touted “Operation Relentless Justice” in late 2025, which led to 293 arrests over two weeks. However, these periodic surges highlight a reactive strategy rather than a proactive defense against the rising tide of sextortion and online grooming.

The Murder Rate Myth: While the director claimed a “historic low,” 2025 data from a sample of 35 major cities showed homicides were still pacing at levels comparable to 2015 (approx. 11,700 reported nationally), with drug crimes actually increasing by 7% over the previous year.

Targeting the Vulnerable

Crockett’s most poignant point was the FBI’s silence on domestic terrorism targeting Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). On September 11, 2025, a wave of violent threats hit multiple HBCUs across the country, yet the FBI was noticeably absent from the podium. This mirrors the findings in internal reports showing that while the Bureau has launched domestic terrorism investigations into anti-ICE activity in 23 regions, it remains defensively quiet regarding the right-wing extremism that has Republican and Democratic lawmakers alike sleeping with firearms.

The hypocrisy is clear: the FBI is quick to post “victory” tweets twice for a single arrest, but when a sitting member of Congress receives a death threat for their voting record, the agency retreats into procedural silence. The “mission” isn’t succeeding if the very people responsible for the nation’s laws are too afraid to go home without a weapon.

The Missing Evidence

The director’s response—”I don’t give a damn what they say”—is a convenient shield for an agency that is currently failing to interview key witnesses in the Epstein investigation or provide the badge numbers of those who redacted 73% of federal documents. If the numbers are so “plain,” as Jim Jordan suggested, they should be able to withstand the scrutiny of a former public defender. Instead, they were met with a resume reading and a deflection about “the mission.”

The facts are indeed “undisputable,” but they don’t point toward success. They point toward an agency that has been repurposed as a political tool, prioritizing high-profile busts that make for good clickbait while leaving the systemic threats of white supremacy and political violence to fester.
